Working on behalf of Barratt Homes Bristol, Brandwells Construction has been awarded the £5.5m contract to construct a variety of trench fill and pier / beam foundations for 217 units, along with an infrastructure package including construction of roads, sewers, section 278 works and external finishing’s. The development also consists of construction of a 507m3 box culvert which outfalls to an attenuation pond. Works commenced in June 2015 and is expected to be completed towards the end of 2019.
