We undertook the redevelopment of the former Rozel Hotel on the sea front at Weston–Super-Mare for Barratt Homes, excavating the site, constructing a reinforced concrete frame for luxury apartments and a three-storey reinforced concrete car park on this extremely tight and challenging site.
